Course access
and policies.
Enrollment has not opened. Final purchase and support terms will be available before checkout opens.
Your purchase
The proposed offer is the complete Steady Instinct course for one payment of $99: 10 modules, 52 lessons, interactive activities, a personal safety plan and the included resource library. It includes lifetime access to the purchased course and future updates to that course. Separate future products and personal coaching are not included.
Course videos, lesson materials and activities support personal study and practice. Course completion does not award a professional certification or guarantee an outcome in an emergency.
Access and saved work
Use the purchaser email and access code provided with your purchase to open the course. Keep your code private. The interactive player saves your plan, notes and progress in your browser. They do not automatically sync between devices. The course includes export tools for keeping a separate copy.
Changing browsers, clearing browser storage or using a different device can affect access to that locally saved work.
Refund policy
If the course does not contain something promised on its sales page, request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and identify the missing promised content. This is the proposed refund guarantee for the offer.
This guarantee does not limit any rights that applicable consumer law gives you. The final support address and request process will appear here before checkout opens.
Privacy
Course access uses the purchaser email and access code to check access, and a session cookie to keep an authorized browser signed in. Your course plan, lesson notes and progress are saved in your browser by the existing player.
Before enrollment opens, the full privacy policy will identify the business operator and checkout provider, explain purchase-record retention and deletion, and provide a contact for privacy requests. Entering your course-access details does not subscribe you to marketing.
Customer support
The customer-support contact and access-recovery process will be available here before enrollment opens. Checkout remains closed until these details and the purchase terms are complete.
